Here is the Serie A and Bundesliga data. It looks similar to the EPL in the fact that trailing teams shoot at a lower % than you would expect and winning teams hit at a significantly higher rate than you would expect. Even games in the Bundesliga see an effective shooting rate as well strangely. The outlier here is the lead of 3 or more in the Bundesliga, where teams look to be pumping them in at incredible rates, while Italian teams drop to their expected goal rate. It is limited data (only 500 shots or so for each league) but Bundesliga teams (Bayern?) seem to really turn it on late while Italian teams back off at 3-goal leads.
